You can choose just one award, all awards, or anything in between as long as your point total equals or exceeds selected award point totals. You can get your point total when dining at your favorite participating Chevys Fresh Mex restaurant.

Reminder Our redemption form is not automated, you must manually enter your points and subtract as you enter your redemption awards. If you want two things under a particular point total you must compete this form twice.
