| 1) Call us in advance to reserve a date for your Fundraiser. |
| 2) Schedule a pre-event meeting to make it official and to discuss the event and your goals. |
| 3) Spread the word. Hand out flyers, hang posters, alert the media – invite anyone and everyone associated with your organization and their friends. |
| 4) Make it fun - offer a reward to the person who brings in the most guests. |
| 5) Guests present their flyers to the servers upon ordering. Your guests get the chance to get acquainted with your organization while enjoying Fresh Mex® cuisine and excellent service. |
| 6) At the end of the event, we tally the sales from your guests and let you know how much was raised. |
| 7) We can quietly contact you when the check arrives from our HQ, but it’s more fun to create a little fanfare. Let us know if you’d like us to present an over-sized check to your organization - you can call in local newspapers and your VIPs, for the photo opp. Not only is it a nice way to top off your efforts, but post-event press coverage lets your guests know how you did. |
